He sold software solutions and professional services to senior executives using solution selling methodologies and customer relationship management systems He created marketing strategies to identify new product opportunities and marketing plans for new product launches, facing the challenges of branding new products. Bill directed an organization with 75 sales, marketing, and telemarketing professionals. He graduated from Western Reserve Academy in Hudson, Ohio, He then earned a BA in English Literature from Yale and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
